Nicole Tibaldi has dedicatmaking tech organizations more inclusive and collaborative. Her passions include developing fair and equitable hiring processes, championing remote work, and building strong cross-functional partnerships. She is currently an Engineering Director at The New York Times. Nicole has previously worked as a frontend engineer at Tablet Hotels and Manifold.co, and as an engineering leader at CircleCI and Gatsby. Prior to her pivot to the tech industry, Nicole studied and worked as a classical musician.
